Deliverables

Revision limits

Out of scope

• ×Additional sessions, repeat runs for other teams, or extended session lengths
• ×Participant counts above the agreed cap (group size changes the design)
• ×Venue booking, catering, or logistics coordination
• ×Producing designed slide decks beyond working session materials
• ×Detailed transcription or video editing of session recordings
• ×Implementation support for actions agreed during the workshop
• ×Individual follow-up coaching with participants
• ×Rescheduling with less than {number} business days notice (a rescheduling fee applies)

One nominated client contact for logistics and content decisions. Participant list and pre-work confirmed at least 5 business days before the session. Changes to date, audience, or objectives confirmed in writing.
